Common errors are measurable before purchase.
Do not shop by photo alone
Styled photographs use wide rooms, careful lighting, and sometimes a lens that changes scale. Read the finished and boxed dimensions, measure the route, and look for real seat height and depth. Do not assume 'three-seater' describes the usable width you need.
Do not skip the exit plan
Read return freight, packaging, restocking, and defect reporting terms before placing an order. Compare the all-in price, not only a promotional number. If a sofa is compressed, ask how an expanded return is handled. Keep the listing and policy screenshot. A favorite color cannot compensate for a seat that is uncomfortable or impossible to return.
The best purchase is informed before delivery day rather than rescued afterward.
