Ask about the product
What are the boxed dimensions and weights of every parcel? What are the finished dimensions after recovery? Is there a rigid frame, what supports the seat, and how high is it from the floor? Are covers removable, and what is the cleaning code? Ask for the written expansion guidance rather than a sales-chat assurance.
Ask about the transaction
Where will the carrier leave the boxes? When does the return clock start? Can the seller collect an expanded sofa, and who pays? What defects are covered and what photographs are required? Save the answers with your order. If a crucial field is missing or contradictory, pause before buying.
Good sellers should be able to explain the sofa and the practical route back if it does not work.
