Compare the number of cartons with the order, photograph damaged packaging, and confirm the product label. Clear space for the full finished footprint. Use scissors cautiously away from fabric, or follow the included opening instructions. Dispose of plastic safely away from children and pets.
Give it a fair recovery
Arrange modules as directed and allow the stated time for foam and upholstery to settle. Keep the manual and take photos if a section remains uneven. Measure only after the recommended recovery period. Contact the seller before trying unapproved heat or steam treatments, which may affect materials or claims.
A little documentation at arrival makes a genuine problem much easier to resolve.
