Notice a mismatch
If you need a high, structured seat with strong upright back support, a low all-foam design may not suit you. If you expect to move the sofa repeatedly, check whether expanded modules separate; the original carton is not usually a repeatable moving solution. A difficult return policy magnifies uncertainty when you cannot try it.
Compare alternatives fairly
Traditional framed sofas, flat-pack designs, and modular pieces may offer different combinations of support, repairability, and delivery access. Measure the route for each. A conventional sofa that fits through the door and feels right is not inferior because it lacks a dramatic unboxing video.
The right answer may be a different type of sofa—and that is useful information before you spend.
